Inside the design

A portrait architectural image balances a large serif introduction. Rich listing details and restrained controls lead into a burgundy neighborhood notebook with an original streetscape illustration and a useful local inquiry summary.

Independent property businesses and small curated collections that want to introduce verified listings and encourage direct inquiries through their own contact route.

  • Home-type filters and three useful sorting modes
  • Temporary shortlist with honest empty states
  • Keyboard-operated native-dialog photo gallery
  • Substantial sample specifications and neighborhood notes
  • Offline browsing and no-JavaScript listing access

Start with your own content

Replace all fictional homes, room counts, areas, prices, neighborhoods, and independent reference photos with verified listing information and authorized property imagery. Keep the data attributes used for sorting and filtering consistent with visible specifications. Add a real inquiry destination only when it exists. Shortlists stay in the current page and disappear on reload; Reset view preserves that temporary shortlist while restoring the default browsing controls. The gallery shows independent reference images rather than a tour of one property. README.md explains keyboard behavior, source licensing, metadata, noindex removal, and publishing checks. No real availability, valuation, transaction, financing, account, or viewing service is included.

  1. Download and extract the ZIP, keeping its folder structure intact.
  2. Open index.html in a browser, then edit the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in your editor.
  3. Replace the fictional text, demo contact details, titles, image descriptions, and any sample pricing.
  4. Follow the included README before publishing, including removing the preview-only noindex tag from your customized site.
