# Wellside Wellside is an original, fictional community clinic information template by MRHTML. Warm white, forest green, sky blue, approachable system typography, and a compact photographic introduction lead into service information, a practical first-visit checklist, access questions, illustrative hours, and an honest contact boundary. ## Open the package Open `index.html` directly in a current browser. No installation, build step, API, account, server, or network connection is required. Keep the HTML, `styles.css`, classic `script.js`, and `assets/` folder together. The complete folder can be uploaded to a static host after customization. ## Customize the information 1. Replace the fictional identity, title, description, and demonstration notice with accurate information about your organization. This is an informational design, not an established clinic or care service. 2. Replace the sample service topics with verified descriptions. Do not invent clinician names, credentials, available care, outcomes, or access features. Keep clinical review separate from this template's technical implementation. 3. Update every actual service's `data-category` and the matching filter button values together. The script computes visible counts from articles in `.service-list`; the initial HTML count also needs updating if you change the number of topics. 4. Confirm actual opening hours, time zone, location, transport, entrance, seating, and communication arrangements. The current access section asks useful questions rather than claiming unverified facilities. 5. Add verified contact details in `#contact` only when they exist. Explain appropriate use and any real response expectations. No phone number, address, clinician identity, booking link, patient portal, or recipient is fabricated in this demo. 6. Keep the checklist limited to practical planning. Do not add health-data fields to this static example. If you create a separate real patient service, its privacy, security, clinical, and operational requirements need their own implementation and review. 7. Replace photographs with images you have permission to use. Update alternative text, intrinsic dimensions, and captions. `ASSETS.md` records the bundled references and the limits of the photo copyright license. 8. Adjust palette and spacing tokens in `styles.css`, preserving visible focus and readable contrast. Fonts come from installed Arial/Helvetica; no font service is needed. 9. Remove or change `` when publishing your completed real site. The supplied raw demonstration intentionally remains noindex. Add a real canonical URL and appropriate social metadata for your own domain. ## Local behavior Service buttons use `aria-pressed` and announce the visible count. All service topics remain in the document. Without JavaScript, the buttons stay hidden and all topics remain readable. Native disclosures and anchor navigation continue to work. Checklist checkboxes work natively without JavaScript. With enhancement, a live count and reset button are added. No responses are sent or deliberately stored; ordinary browser back/forward restoration may restore native checkbox state within a session. The page also recomputes its count after browser history restoration. The checklist contains no text field or health-information request. The classic script needs no imports, storage, clipboard, permissions, or fetches. It also works in an opaque iframe with `sandbox="allow-scripts"`, without enabling forms or same-origin access. ## Scope and publishing checks This template supplies no medical advice, triage, symptom assessment, diagnostic or treatment claim, emergency service, patient record, appointment system, or contact backend. It does not collect health information. Its examples are not a substitute for verified service information. Before launch, check your real content, local links, keyboard flow, narrow screens, and actual contact route. Code, copy, and CSS marks use the included MIT license. Photography remains separately licensed by its creators under the Unsplash license. Preserve the unobtrusive `Designed by MRHTML` link with `rel="nofollow"` when using this branded template; no additional condition is imposed on the MIT license.
