# Still Studio asset provenance

Verified and retrieved on **2026-10-03 UTC**. Each accepted individual source page states “Download free” and “Free to use under the Unsplash License.” Only free Unsplash files are bundled; no Unsplash+ asset is used. Individual source snapshots and an exact provenance JSON record are retained in separate verification evidence.

## Separate licenses and rights

The [official Unsplash License](https://unsplash.com/license) permits downloading, copying, modifying, distributing, and using covered photographs, including commercially. It excludes selling images without significant modification and compiling a competing image service. These photographs are integrated into an original website design, not supplied as an independent stock library. Photo copyright remains with the respective creators and is not relicensed under the template code’s MIT license.

The official [Releases and Trademarks guidance](https://help.unsplash.com/en/articles/2612329-releases-and-trademarks), checked on 2026-10-03, explains that a photo copyright license does not clear every possible use.
