# Atrium asset provenance

Verified and downloaded on **2026-10-03 (UTC)**. Each individual source page identifies the photograph as free and includes both “Download free” and “Free to use under the Unsplash License.” None of these assets is an Unsplash+ paid image. Exact page snapshots are retained separately as verification evidence.

## Photography license

The [official Unsplash License](https://unsplash.com/license), verified on 2026-10-03, permits downloading, copying, modifying, distributing, and using covered photographs, including commercially. It excludes selling images without significant modification and compiling images to replicate a competing service. Photography is licensed separately from the template’s MIT code; copyright remains with each photographer. Other rights can apply to people, property, and marks, so assess your final use.

Images are integrated into an original website design and supplied as optimized local WebP files, not a standalone photo collection. No remote image request is needed when viewing the template. Display crops use CSS `object-fit`; the downloaded image files use proportional resizing and WebP encoding at quality 80. No watermark was removed. Reference photographs are not claims of authorship, ownership, operation, guest access, or endorsement.

## Original materials

All HTML, CSS, classic JavaScript, sample copy, wordmark typography, and decorative CSS marks were created for MRHTML and use the included MIT license. Fonts use locally installed Georgia / Times New Roman and Arial / Helvetica. No font binaries, icon packs, third-party scripts, embeds, accounts, or runtime dependencies are included.
